These terms apply to the managed website service provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] (“we”, “us”) under the name Second Look. By subscribing, you (“the customer”) agree to them.
The service
We build and run a one-page website for your business. The service includes hosting, an SSL certificate, deployment and basic technical upkeep.
Price and payment
The service costs $29.99/month, billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Monthly content edit
Each month includes one small content edit, such as changing business hours, a phone number or a short piece of text, or replacing an image. Unused edits do not roll over to later months.

Your domain
You own your custom domain and remain responsible for its registration and renewal. You agree to make, or let us request, the DNS changes needed to point the domain at the website.
Your content and approval
You must review and approve your business information before the website goes live, and tell us promptly about anything that needs correcting. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you approve and confirm you have the right to any content you send us. You allow us to host and display that content to provide the service.
Preview sites
We may create a concept preview of a website for a business before it becomes a customer, using publicly available information. A preview does not imply endorsement by, approval from or affiliation with that business. Concept preview links are public. We ask search engines not to list them. A business can ask us to correct or remove its preview at any time.
No guaranteed results
We do not promise search rankings, leads, revenue or any other business result. We work to keep websites available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is”.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse, or end it for any reason with reasonable notice. Your domain remains yours when the service ends.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell current customers before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF GOVERNING LAW].
